High heel feet is included. In case of middle heel, you have to order is separately.

We don't have any specifice plans for now.

In case of Jude and Zakary, we released them again about a year later.

Since Lobelia and Jude is an elf, I think it can take more time since it is not a normal human head.

In regards to asking how long is a long time, I was asking how long it would be before you re-release the dolls as non-limited, without the accessories. I can only order one doll right now, and since this order period will be over soon, I wanted to know how long it would be before I could order the other one.

Head, body with flat feet and high heel feet is included. Other items like corset bust, Esthetic leg, long nail hands, holding hands are not included and you have to order it sepaaretely.

If you don't use layaway and not ordered face up it will take about 45 days.

If you order face up, it will take about extra 15 days.

If you use layaway, we will make the doll so we can send it out around your last payment.

It can be slightly different but we usually send out the within one month after we receive last payment.
